the room was very spacious. it had all the necessary amenities. i liked the breakfast spread, good vegetarian food were available.
I booked this room to celebrate my birthday. I mentioned this at check-in. this was dismissed entirely. the entire corridor reeked of cigarette smoke. even though our room had a non-smoking sign, it stank of cigarettes as well.

visiting this place i find child friendly hotel with a spacious area for children to play. the free shuttle bus service helps a lot. jay denosta at the concierge was very helpful, gave us directions, and took our photos. it was luxury at its finest!
I booked the room for my birthday, i mentioned it at check-in but they did not care. i checked in late. The entire corridor smelled of cigarettes. the room also smelled of cigarettes. I was disappointed.

the room has ample space and maintains cleanliness. housekeeping did a good job considering the number of rooms on the floor. i found the shuttle bus and nearby lrt station very convenient for transportation. jay denosta from the concierge provided excellent assistance and directions!
i found the process of requesting a date change to be difficult though i understand the hotel policy.

the hotel features a playground, which my children thoroughly enjoyed and the equipment appears well kept. there are multiple swimming pools available and a well-equipped fitness center, providing options for recreation and exercise, for all guests.

check-in was terrible i arrived at 3:30pm but rooms were not ready i waited over an hour with luggage the lines were not organized crowd control was absent i received my room almost 2 hours late i expected better management
